The Quilt Patch reserves the right to cancel a class if the minimum of three students do not sign up for the class.  In the case of cancellation, all monies paid for the reservation of space in a class will be returned to the participant and student will be notified as soon as possible.   Classes canceled due to inclement weather will be rescheduled.  Those students who fail to attend a class will not have the opportunity to reschedule that class missed.

The Quilt Patch will not return monies paid to reserve a space in class that the student can no longer attend or fails to attend, unless two weeks notice prior to the start of class is given in order to try to fill the space.

In order to plan for the attendance of those signing up for a class, payment is required at the time of sign up and a supply list for the project will be issued either in hand or via email.  The classes are offered on a first come first serve basis so those who pay for the class are assured their space to attend the class.
